Why conduct a survey?
Surveys measure different areas and help to determine what solutions could be applied. When paired with a sufficiently accurate GNSS receiver, the WM-Survey II app easily records elevation points across a field to generate a topographic map. This topographic map, or survey, can be exported to other software programs and used to create designs for land forming, grading, surface drainage and sub-surface drainage projects.
