Vantage Midsouth is looking for a FULL TIME SHOP TECH to join our team in Carlisle, AR. We are a full line agricultural equipment dealership that sells many brands. We are looking for an experienced go getter! Our shop team will train on site and will give you the tools you need to succeed. Requirements and Duties

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous mechanical experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable with tools and agricultural equipment
• Able to lift heavy equipment and objects over 50 pounds.
• Operation of various forklifts to unload, store, and move products.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures.
• Perform maintenance on shop and products.
• Must be able to read and comprehend repair manuals.
• Work with the shop manager to complete projects within the deadline.
• Can communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass drug test
• May be required to work overtime if needed.
• Performs other duties as necessary and assigned.
• ***Welding skills a plus
